The monsters are really where it all began. My stepdaughter and I always got along, but didn’t really have anything of our own that we did together. She is a crafty kid, like I was, she has an offbeat sense of humor and an appreciation for the unusual. So, we set out to make monsters to scare the real ones away. The idea being that these horrible creatures could live in all the places you were afraid of and scare away the truly harmful monsters! Pretty soon the whole family was doing it. Everything else was inspired from these monster making sessions!

The two monsters on the right are two of the originals. The grey monster design is still used today! It is known as Fang.
